DBS Beauty Store

DBS is the leading beauty retailer in Chile, founded in 2006 by Dominique Rosenberg. The group runs more than 70 stores under multiple formats (DBS Beauty Store, Make Up, Prismology, Kiko Milano), plus the DBS.cl ecommerce site and the DJ Beauty Distributor wholesale arm, with a portfolio of more than 200 international brands represented in the Chilean market. We partnered with DBS on their ecommerce and digital marketing footprint, supporting a retailer with a complex multi-brand, multi-format portfolio. The work covers website design and development for the ecommerce experience, plus the performance and CRO work needed to turn dbs.cl into a meaningful revenue channel alongside the physical store network.
