Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden

Fairchild is one of the most iconic botanic gardens in the United States, based in Miami. On top of the conservation mission, they run a serious retail, membership, and events program, with a packed year-round calendar and real revenue responsibility behind it. Fairchild came to us with a classic ecommerce problem: great brand, but the data was not telling them what was working. We redesigned the Shopify store, fixed tracking across every property, and built a data dashboard tied to clear ROI goals. The marketing team walked away with a measurement system they can trust and a foundation to scale ad revenue with confidence.
